1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mnl77 ("mnl77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mnl77 online gaming platform accessible at mnl77.app (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the mnl77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of mnl77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

mnl77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by mnl77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the mnl77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. mnl77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify mnl77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. mnl77 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mnl77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). mnl77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's banking section, subject to identity verification requirements. mnl77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mnl77 reserves the right to reverse any transaction where the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

mnl77 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mnl77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mnl77 Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and the applicable game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on mnl77's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. mnl77 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions to your internet service.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. mnl77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl77 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mnl77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of mnl77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mnl77.

9. Privacy & Data

mnl77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at mnl77.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mnl77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and mnl77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

mnl77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

11. Limitation of Liability

mnl77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mnl77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mnl77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

12. Termination

mnl77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority, or if mnl77 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination for reasons other than breach, mnl77 will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting mnl77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to mnl77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

mnl77 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments

mnl77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mnl77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
